The luxurious furnishings are as comfortable as they are beautiful. Minimum 1 month rental. No Pets and No Smoking. Garage is NOT included with rental. One closet is reserved for owners personal items. Water, sewer, trash service, basic cable and secure WiFi are included. Association requires several days to approve rentals. Monthly rate plus tax, $175 and cleaning fee. Maximum 4 persons.
